They automatically side with the refs, there was no damned investigation done! And come on, three minors in ONE period, one of them being DIVING?! I think Burrows' claim is legit. Here's to hoping they continue their winning ways!! And I hear from the New York Daily News (admittedly, a terrible source) that the Islanders might get Kovalchuk when he becomes a free agent. Princess 35 Posted January 17, 2010 What the hell is wrong in the situation room in Toronto? That puck did NOT cross the line in the shoot out. You never saw it totally cross the line and it was the 6th round of the shoot out. The ref was right on the line watching it when he waved it off. Uncle Du 22 Posted January 17, 2010 (edited) LOL, every time I wear it I think of this time I went to the bar with a bunch of friends to watch an Avs game, and we're sittin' there, and the waitress comes over, and she had walked behind me, so before she asks us what we want to drink, she says, really loud, in a southern accent, "Who's Roy?" with all the emphasis on the "R". I gave her the evil eye, and she didn't say anything else to me. Then I got drunk and didn't leave her a tip at the end of the night.
