James the Defender 7 Posted September 18, 2009 A year without football? A year that the Lions can't suck. Win-win! lol They'd find a way to lose, somehow... :p
Mara 29 Posted September 18, 2009 Well, I'm pretty sure the Lions are gonna get beat down again this week. Yeah, I know. Oh, well, it's still fun to watch. A year without football? A year that the Lions can't suck. Win-win! lol They'd find a way to lose, somehow... Hahaha, so true.

Uncle Du 22 Posted September 20, 2009 Holy Chris Johnson!!! 197 yards rushing with two TD's AND 87 yards receiving with one reception TD!! Glad I have him on one of my teams, especially since I'm playing Adrian Peterson this week.
Princess 35 Posted September 20, 2009 Lions lost. Anyone surprised? Raise your hand
Uncle Du 22 Posted September 20, 2009 I bet Stafford is really happy that he got drafted by the worst team in the league. :p
TheUnknown 39 Posted September 20, 2009 He is on my opponent's team. I'm currently taking pain medication.
Uncle Du 22 Posted September 20, 2009 *sigh* Looks like James is gonna beat me. And I might still lose in the league that Johnson got me all those points in. It figures, my team does great, the other team does better.
TheUnknown 39 Posted September 20, 2009 Other than my two QBs (Brees and Collins-who's on the bench) and Frank Gore, all my players have underplayed.
Princess 35 Posted September 20, 2009 I bet Stafford is really happy that he got drafted by the worst team in the league. That's why I don't see the big deal about the number one draft pick and the significance because it just means that this great player is going to the worst team in the league
Uncle Du 22 Posted September 20, 2009 You're definitely not the only one that thinks that way, believe me. I think every league that does the draft lottery that way, and rewards the worst teams with the best picks, doesn't really like it. I can sort of see why they do it, to try and make it more fair, but some times it gets a little ridiculous. And I'm pissed at yahoo. Damn their game day decision crap. I had no idea that Jennings was probable, up until the time the first games started.
James the Defender 7 Posted September 20, 2009 Du, you may beat me yet...you have an RB and a TE left and I have no one left and you're not too far behind me...too bad Greg Jennings didn't have one catch today... AND GB was beaten by Cincy...CINCY!!! How can you not outscore CINCY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Uncle Du 22 Posted September 21, 2009 Yea, that was pretty bad. Even the Broncos beat em. And yea, I only need 3 points to get ahead of you...

Uncle Du 22 Posted September 21, 2009 I barely edged you out in our league. I needed that win though, thanks. ;)
Mara 29 Posted September 21, 2009 Well, at least one Detroit team could beat Minnesota. Yay, Tigers for getting back to a 3-game lead. :D
Uncle Du 22 Posted September 22, 2009 Wow, how about Dallas Clark tonight?! 183 yards and 1 TD!! And guess who has him in three leagues? ;)
TheUnknown 39 Posted September 22, 2009 I won my fantasy game literally on the last play of the last game of the week with that Colts interception.
James the Defender 7 Posted September 22, 2009 I usually take Clark each year. I took Shiancoe this yr b/c he has Favre throwing to him. Favre loves tight ends...pun intended :p
Mara 29 Posted September 24, 2009 Eric Staal just had a kid... Is it weird that it makes me feel old? :p
