Volume 2 will probably be out right before EpIII is release because Lucas asked them to do events leading up to it so that it ends right where Ep3 starts. Second, I think it is considered part of the SW Universe...nothing that seems to contradict anything. Mickey 1 Posted April 22, 2005 yes, I truly do love my clone wars dvd too. It's great to be able to watch some star wars without having to sit down for 2+ hours. I actually never saw the first season before getting the DVD, but I wasn't dissapointed. Season 2 was better in my opinion, only saw 2-5 though and only twice, can't wait for that. Andy 60 Posted April 25, 2005 Ehh, ignore season 2. It's totally contradictory to Labrynth of Evil, the pre-established story already marketed as the lead-up to RotS. In CW2 Anakin & Obi-Wan are on a completely different planet doing a completely different thing. In LoE they are have been lead to the Outer Rim (i forget exactly which planet and don't have the book handy) by Dooku. The book is waaaaaaay awesomer. SoftballJedi 0 Posted April 25, 2005 I don't like the Clone Wars cartoons. They just bug me, I don't know why. I think they dramatize the Jedi's and the Sith's use of the Force power. I don't like the second season at all and I may just be annoyed at the first season because my little brother got the DVD for his birthday on Saturday and that's all he's been watching!
