Okay, I'm taking it upon myself to start a new poll.

Mines, "the Imperial March," followed closely by "Duel of the Fates."

Tied for favorite are Final Dual/Into the Death Star from RoTJ and Star Wars Finale from ESB. I also love The Battle in the Snow (ESB), Into the Trap (RoTJ), and The Last Battle (ANH). As far as themes go, The Force theme is probably my favorite. Oh, and the second Cantina piece rocks! :D

I had to vote for across the stars ... almost brings me to tears, so beautiful. But I also love the dark song that sounds somewhat like the main theme, just slower and darker, I refer to it as the Skywalker Theme.
