Chickenman 9 Posted October 19, 2004 Just out of curiosity, when exactly did Moore say "there is no terrorist threat?" *points to trailer*
Tsl 7 Posted October 19, 2004 I think it would be interesting to take a look at Moore's and whoever made this one's books to see who's pocket they're in, lol.
GI_Admiral 2 Posted October 19, 2004 Like CorSec said, prediactable...Micheal Moore is proving a threat to Bush, Republicans need to smear everything. So do democrats. I wonder what this movie will really be about I think it will be: a) Show examples of terrorism. Why? Republicans live off of American fear... b) Bashing of Micheal Moore c) I would be surprised if it had only proof ((unspun)) about moores facts... but I do like the music... Tsl 7 Posted October 20, 2004 Indeed. Ender 8 Posted October 20, 2004 Just out of curiosity, when exactly did Moore say "there is no terrorist threat?" *points to trailer* Uh, many times, for a matter of fact. That's how they got the sound byte. Those two women talking about dictators scared me... people that extreme need some help.
CorSec 5 Posted October 20, 2004 Cold War isn't a war? Not a war in the literal sense.
GI_Admiral 2 Posted October 20, 2004 (edited) Actually the US hasnt fought a "war" since WW2....Resolutions were passed to use force, but no formal decleration of war. Cold War was jstu a "war" of building arms, moon, and other stuff....no real front line fighting of troops.... Edit: Zim, Janson is right, Moore has many times said there is no terrorist threat. He's wrong, there is...it's jsut not as big as the republicans make out, the Republicans ((Going into a politically biased spiel)) use the Americans fear of terrorists to pass some of their crazy laws and acts. That's why we have the constant moving terrorist threat meter.... Edited October 20, 2004 by Generally Inept
