I dunno, I only played the PS2 one. Although, I'd say it's prolly just the same game on a different format.

Single Player versions are identical on the DS and GBA. Multiplayer on the GBA is something like the single player, but co-op.

Multiplayer on the DS has a unique 3D Rogue Squadron style flight sim, which is ridiculously difficult to control with a 4-directional D-pad.
