For me, it was the rivalry between Illinois college basketball team vs. West Virginia collegebasketball team. I lost five bucks to my math teacher because Illinois lost, and he made a big deal out of the entire bet to our class!

Anybody with an ounce of sense knows that fast food isn't all that good for you, but it isn't all that bad if you enjoy it as part of a balanced diet. Yes, I'm starting to sound like I'm advertising for McDs, but what the hell...

But anyways, I have eaten McDs 5 times a week for a few years now, and I'm not overweight or anything.

Well Army/Navy isn't really a rivalry, seeing as they are technically the same team.

And I wasn't aware of any special rivalry between Man U and Liverpool, other than the normal competitive rivalryness of football teams... Hmm. But I'm not into sport so I prolly wouldn't know anyways. :p

Meh...the Cards beat the Sox twice before. I believe it was 45 and 67. It's only fitting that the World Series win is over them. And 4 in a row! :D

Army v. Navy is so a rivalry. Keeps family reunions interesting.
