On your keyboard, there is a little button marked "Caps Lock", which usually has an indicator light which should be off while posting messages. Thankyou. Sorry, I'm always a bit sarcastic after a 10hr shift at work. But seriously, you will find that talking in CAPS all the time is considered shouting, and most places consider it extremely rude.
