This show has gotten really bad for killing people off and then bringing them back, so... And besides, in the "real" superman stories, isn't Clark's adoptive dad alive? Mara 29 Posted January 30, 2006 That's what I thought... I grew up on Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.. and Clark definitely has a dad... Well, it's Thurs at 8.. but by me I get shows late so it was Fri at 6 for me. Originally Lana had died, so Clark went to Jor El to save her.. but in order to do so, he went back in time.. but then events had changed. Instead of telling her the truth about him and proposing.. he didn't, so she broke up with because she was sick of secrets. Then later after the election, his dad had a heart attack or something after having a fight with Lionel over the money. I suppose this way works so Lex is still Senator and can later take over the world or whatever... but still... I liked Mr Kent... :/ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Halfway through season one so far... and I think it still mostly holds up, despite being almost 20 years old. Plus Rosenbaum's Lex is the best Lex ever.
