Mara 29 Posted January 19, 2006 I still have hope. The first one was awesome.. so this one has to at least be equal to the first. Just by looking at the trailer, it looks to be good. Just as long as they don't spend too much time on the mushyness with Orlando and Kiera. One thing I liked about the first, more action, less romance. They can't change that formula now. Johnny Depp is supposedly signed on, as is Geoffrey Rush and Gore Verbinski to direct. But other than that, none of the cast from the first three is supposed to be back. At least not Kiera. (I also heard that Russell Brand is supposed to be playing Jack's brother or something...).
