Chickenman 9 Posted September 15, 2008 Can we agree that Palin fans have no concept of reality whatsoever? First all of this talk about how her not being qualified to lead is actually that gosh darned liberal media we keep hearing so much about being a bunch of misogynistic jerks. Cause, you know, researching the past of a previously unknown candidate isn't the press' job at all, they're just being mean. I mean, it's not like McCain picked her because she's a woman or anything... Obama uses the phrase "lipstick on a pig" because he's sexist too. There's no way such a phrase could be used by its actual meaning, that applying superficial gloss on something doesn't change what it actually is. It has to be a personal attack on someone. Unless John McCain says it about Clinton. Then it's being misconstrued. Duh. Now they're boycotting Oprah (not necessarily a bad thing) because she apparently doesn't want Palin on the show. Oh my goodness! Horror of horrors! She also doesn't want McCain. Oh. Yeah. That sucks too, I guess. Or Biden. Well...okay. Or Obama, the one that she's supporting. That's odd. Could it maybe have something to do with the fact that she doesn't want any candidates on her show until after the election? No, of course not. She's playing favorites...by not having anyone on at all. Can we please set these morons' clocks back 24 hours so they miss voting day? I know that doesn't make sense, but neither do their arguments. Chickenman 9 Posted September 16, 2008 Addendum: And where the hell does the Republican Party get the idea that they're the reform party now? They do realize that they've been in the White House the past 8 years? And that until 2006, they had held Congress since 1995? How...how? If someone is going to vote for the Republican Party because they're under the impression that the Republicans are going to change Washington, then they're legally retarded.* *I apologize to any legally retarded people. It was wrong to compare you to voters who think Republicans are agents of change.
TheUnknown 39 Posted September 16, 2008 I wonder if people would stop boycotting Oprah if she had a Han Solo who has been mentally scarred after seeing his brother-in-law in a metal bikini...
Chickenman 9 Posted September 17, 2008 Palin allies sue to halt trooper probe, calling the probe "McCarthyistic." They do realize that calling something a name to demean it, with no evidence backing up such a name, solely for politcal purposes is...really McCarthyistic? Ana 15 Posted September 17, 2008 Obama campaign files suit over ?voter-foreclosure? plans Bravo. Not only do they see that the people are being discriminated against, but they're doing something to counteract it. I only hope it can go through in time to block this appalling attempt to block citizens' constitutional rights.

Tsl 7 Posted September 18, 2008 I need to think up a good write in candidate. I'm thinking of voting for my dog. He could do a better job than any of the idiots that are going to be on the ballot. Bunch of flippin' morons... *grumbles*
Radioactive Isotope 29 Posted September 18, 2008 i've started researching third parties. the more i read about the Libertarians, the more i think they're too far on the conservative side. i agree with most of their platform, but some things are too whacked for me. next up is the Constitutional party. Chickenman 9 Posted September 18, 2008 I'm not sure who I'm more pissed off at. The media, which has finally died as a news source in 2008 and has the journalistic integrity of E's The Soup. McCain, who I used to be proud of as an example that our political system can create good leaders that can work for people's gain. And now he's turned on everything that he used to stand for. That piece of s*** was a hero of mine. Or the American people, who might elect Bush to a third term.

Rogue Lead 0 Posted September 18, 2008 It's called, "redeployment" I will however say this... I am not a supporter of McCain... I am a supporter of Sarah Palin and the future of conservatives in America. Unfortunately, we have to take McCain in order to get Palin...as RedState says...there's always a catch. Chickenman 9 Posted September 18, 2008 Ugh. Palin is just George W. Bush without the vagina. :p
Rogue Lead 0 Posted September 18, 2008 I'm a supporter of Bush as well But that's ok....Obama is just Al Sharpton/Jessie Jackson, only worse, with a healthy dose of Saul Alinksy, Ward Churchill, Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and Joe Stalin mixed in.
Chickenman 9 Posted September 18, 2008 Haha, ouch. I can totally see Obama's similarities with Joseph Stalin. I mean, they're both...they...genocide...and...uh...well...the...gay people! Gay people! Marrying! Look over there! Look over there!
Rogue Lead 0 Posted September 18, 2008 (edited) Obama is similar to Stalin in a couple of ways... (1) When there's inconvienent facts in history, such as things you said two minutes ago, then you re-write history and claim you never said it. (See Obama's multiple positions on Public Financing, FISA, 2nd Amendment, new, clean campaigning, the surge and the list goes on.) (2) When people are exercising their right to free speech in bringing out said inconsistencies, destroy them. (See "Obama Action Wire" re: Stanley Kurtz and David Freddoso. See also Obama and American Issues Project) and when that doesn't work, simply lie. (See Obama's latest ad against McCain featuring Immigration, so dishonest even MSNBC, home of Keith Ubermoron and Chrissy "Thrill up my leg" Matthews, called him on it) Old time Chicago thug style politics at its best. Chickenman 9 Posted September 18, 2008 1) Every single politician ever "changes history." I'm not saying I like it, but I've lost count of how many times McCain has had to go on television and say "what I meant was..." I find it hilarious that a Bush supporter is making that claim, to be totally honest. To find some way in which one politician vaguely did the same thing as an evil megalomaniacal super dictator is poor politics, my friend. Hitler ate his food with a fork, and so does Biden! It's stupid. 2) Kinda like trying to add a flag burning amendment to a constitution that guarantees free speech, huh?
Rogue Lead 0 Posted September 18, 2008 (edited) (1) There's changing history, and there's "Yes I said it but I was wrong" or "I could have worded it better." Obama doesn't do that. He just insists he didn't say it, aka: Lies. I'm surprised a Bus***ler-hater is saying that comparing one politician to a dictator is "poor politics". (2) Or hacking people's personal email accounts isn't a invasion of privacy? You wanna dodge inconvienient issues by raising strawmen and non-related arguments, I'm game. I've sparred with the worst of them, namely Truther Paulians and can easily handle my own. I wasn't saying, "I'm staying out of this" out of cowardice, but out of consideration. TheUnknown 39 Posted September 18, 2008 Obama is just Al Sharpton/Jessie Jackson, only worse, with a healthy dose of Saul Alinksy, Ward Churchill, Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and Joe Stalin mixed in. Do elaborate.
Rogue Lead 0 Posted September 18, 2008 (edited) Which part? The Stalin part I did above... The Alinsky - Obama has compared his own "community organizing" to, and has expressed admiration for, Saul Alinsky. The Jeremiah Wright? Listen to his wife, listen to his own speechs. Always the worst about America. You don't sit in the pews of a America hating racist for 20 years, have said racist marry you and your wife and baptize your daughters if you don't agree with or at least tolerate it. This would apply to anyone who goes to Fred Phelp's "church" as well. Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson and Ward Churchill? They hate America, claim to be something they're not and are general rabble rousing agitators, just like Obama and his "community organizing" efforts. The Bill Ayers? Oh, I'm sure that he chose the house of to launch his political career years ago, sat on the same board with and is currently engaged in burying every bit of evidence of said board's activities of a total stranger he didn't share some values with...
