I'm nearsighted, terribly, and I wear glasses almost as thick as Furday's. I have a notation on my driver's license that tells authorities to cite me and tow my car if I get caught driving without my glasses, even though I can't even see to stick the key in the ignition without them. My grandmother has tri-focals and my parents both have bifocals. I fear I shall be joining them soon.

I have a listing on my liscense, too, but I'm not sure if they would tow my car for not wearing contacts. I would hope not. Not to mention, how do they check to make sure you're wearing them?

And what are trifocals? I've never heard of those.

i'd be stupid to try to drive without glasses or contacts. heck, i need my glasses if i get up to go to the bathroom at night.

I hate my glasses, and have had contacts for over a year, but I've been too lazy to learn to put them in.

So I just use neither.

Unknown, they can see the contact since it does form a lil border where it ends.

And I've thought about Lasik. My vision insurance gives me a discount on it, but I'm not sure if it'd do me any good
