Andy 60 Posted June 11, 2007 I couldn't find the old topic so thought I'd remake it I think now I have seen them all and the novelty of them being new has worn off my favourites go like this: A New HopeThe Empire Strikes BackReturn of the JediThe Phantom MenaceRevenge of the SithAttack of the Clones
Radioactive Isotope 29 Posted June 11, 2007 as a whole, the Original Trilogy far surpasses the SE and the PT. however, ROTS is my favorite out of the 6, with ROTJ in a close second.
TheUnknown 39 Posted June 12, 2007 Well, I've only seen RotS twice, so my judgement might be clouded. I would go: 1. TESB 2. RotJ 3. RotS 4. ANH 5. TPM 6. AotC I like the special edition OT the best.
Mara 29 Posted June 12, 2007 Ooh, deja vu... I just did this on another board. Let's see.. my favorite of all six is A New Hope. So... 4: A New Hope 6: Return of the Jedi 5: the Empire Strikes Back 3: Revenge of the Sith 1: The Phantom Menace 2: Attack of the Clones Is the order from best to worst in my opinion. My favorite trilogy are the SE's as well, as I have not really see the originals... But the SE's are cool. And I think some of the changes were credible. The rereleases to DVD, however, with even more changes.. I'm not sure about.

Fallen Jedi Master 0 Posted July 3, 2007 Revenge of the sith is my favorite, hands down.
Brumak 2 Posted July 17, 2007 I had to pick Phantom Menace solely for the fact that Darth Maul just kicked massive ass. Except for the fact that he got sliced in half. I would've enjoyed the original trilogy more if there was more of a Sith presence...and more dark. Dark is good
Mara 29 Posted July 17, 2007 ESB was kind of dark, lol...
Brumak 2 Posted July 17, 2007 Not quite as dark as Anakin killing younglings :p
Brumak 2 Posted July 18, 2007 Eh, it's not like the Sandpeople contributed to the economy (or anything) of Tatooine or the Empire...:p

Drake 53 Posted July 18, 2007 This is a DIRECT QUOTE from the Attack of the Clones script: EXTERIOR: TATOOINE, TUSKEN RAIDER CAMP, OASIS - DAWN The pale light grows. Thin tendrils of smoke rise slowly in the cold, clear air. Somewhere a dog BARKS. An OLD WOMAN comes out of one of the huts. She carries a pail. She swirls it and tosses the dirty water onto the ground. As she goes back inside the hut, a TUSKEN CHILD runs past, dragging a stick in the sand. The CHILD runs through the line of huts, turns a corner, and stops suddenly, staring at the TWO TUSKEN GUARDS. Between them, ANAKIN stands outside the hut door. His face is a grim mask. The CHILD stares, then there is a FLASH OF LIGHT as Anakin's lightsaber switches on. He immediately kills the two TUSKENS guarding the door of the hut, and makes his way toward the others. TUSKEN MALE [translation]: Rahrahrahrah! [Come see the violence inherent in the system! Help, help, I'm being repressed!]
