Mara 29 Posted July 26, 2007 Which is probably up to Chicken, lol.
Rogue 4 Posted July 26, 2007 Yup. Doesn't mean they won't get shuffled though :p
Drake 53 Posted July 26, 2007 Rogue and I are the Chicken's Hands in his absence. He left us with a few changes to make and some plot points to follow.

Mara 29 Posted July 26, 2007 Rogue and I are the Chicken's Hands in his absence. He left us with a few changes to make and some plot points to follow. Yeah, I know. Too bad there's not a shuffle button like on music players.
Drake 53 Posted July 26, 2007 Aeric Tunon walked up to the big BINGO ball machine churning on the desk at the meeting. "And the new Captain for this month is..." He pulled out the first ball. "Aston Kendall! Congratulations!" "Astral!" cheered Aston. Aeric reached in for another ball. "And your XO will be...Scruffy, the base janitor!" Scruffy looked up from his mopping in the corner. "Scruffy dunt know haw tuh fly err fandangled X-wing." Aeric laughed. "Don't worry about it! You'll do fine!" The Revenants glanced nervously at one another. Andy 60 Posted July 27, 2007 Just a thought... Let's not forget that we have prolly a heck of a lot of passed-out Imperials on board. Immobiliser 418 cruisers have 80 troops, which I'm sure we haven't killed all of yet, and a minimum of 1,500 crew. lol Oh and, when we get to wherever we're escaping to, someone might want to use their X-wing's comm system seeing as the ships own comm array was knocked out by the Star Destroyers. I'm sure we don't want to escape to be fired upon by our own people. :p
Mara 29 Posted July 27, 2007 Yeah, but we're gonna sit at the first jump/rendezvous point for a bit.
Drake 53 Posted July 27, 2007 Yeah, we need to stretch out time a little bit so we don't get too far ahead into Chapter 2 before Chicken gets back. So the ship is going to have the equivilant of an engine stall after the first jump so we'll stop for a bit and do some repairs. As for the crew...hmmm. Any suggestions? :p
Mara 29 Posted July 27, 2007 I dunno.. I'm assuming the Interdictor might be big enough for a brig? Maybe?
Drake 53 Posted July 27, 2007 A crew of 2000 is going to fit in a brig? I doubt it. Even if we do find a place to put them, who's going to drag every unconsious crewman there? Mouse droids? :p
Mara 29 Posted July 27, 2007 You wanted ideas. I gave one. Well, I suppose they could shut them in the cafeteria. The gassed ones are gonna wake up, aren't they? Lock 'em away somewhere for the trip.
Drake 53 Posted July 27, 2007 I wanted smart ideas. And they'll wake up when we say they wake up. They don't necessarily have to during the trip, if it saves us the trouble. ;)
Rogue 4 Posted July 27, 2007 We could always have Layla pump out Pheromones and walk them to their new location Or vent them into space.
Drake 53 Posted July 27, 2007 Venting them to space? Kind of cruel.
Mara 29 Posted July 27, 2007 (edited) I thought about venting, too... but just the grunts. They probably want to save any officers for interrogation or something. But venting is a little mean... but they are the enemy... Well, they can be moved before they wake up. The ones that still have the power to wake up. Princess 35 Posted July 27, 2007 Prin, I'm going to change a little in your post because it doesn't make a lick of sense. The ship has 12 shield generators so it can hold up a little more than one salvo. icon_razz.gif That's what happens when I'm really tired, wanted to get a post in, and was catching up on three days worth of posts
Andy 60 Posted July 27, 2007 Welll... We can always lock down the rest of the ship, so that they can't get to us... While they're all unconcious we can bring a supply of food up to the bridge so we don't need to go anywhere... I'm sure there's a 'fresher nearby for the bridge crew. lol Of course, I'm going into too much detail here, but I'm sure the New Republic must have laws about the humane treatment of prisoners. :p
Rogue 4 Posted July 30, 2007 As of Monday morning I won't be around until Thursday night. I'll be in Philidelphia. If anybody needs to reach me for whatever reason bother Drake. He knows how to reach me. lol.
Andy 60 Posted July 30, 2007 I'm really loving how Drake gets to be in charge so we can all bother him while everyone else is away. *bothers Drake* Bother! Bother! Bother!
Mara 29 Posted July 30, 2007 Perhaps if so many people are gone, we can just let the RP sit and rest for a bit... then get posting again when everyone comes back?
