Princess 35 Posted June 30, 2007 (edited) So? Who's schedule sucks the most? Edited July 1, 2007 by Princess
Rubezsia 0 Posted June 30, 2007 Roguie's. I know for a fact being her sister and all.
Princess 35 Posted June 30, 2007 I voted for Pod because retail sucks anyways
Bad furday 57 Posted July 1, 2007 Beeurd, because various hours means anyday anytime and is inconsistent and annoying to schedule things around.
Pandora 77 Posted July 1, 2007 I went for Rogue because of the week end thing, and the dinner hour thing. I know that if the place closes at 10, that only means they won't seat anyone after 10, so she could be there past midnight. And yes, Prin, retail does suck. I do want to point out that while, like Beeurd, I have no definite days off, we do kick people out, even if the store does close at 10 on weekends, and 11 and midnight during the holidays. But, unlike Rogue, we close on many of the major holidays, and most are paid holidays. If we don't close (like the Fourth) we get well-compensated for working: time-and-a-half and an extra paid day off that week.
Rogue 4 Posted July 2, 2007 In short, although the pay is good, my job sucks :p

Jake Durron 23 Posted July 2, 2007 (edited) HA! people... I work those hours at WALMART! I win but ya'lls sucks too... Hell ya'll I had to card a man who was born in 41!!! COMPANY SUCKS I work every weekend and holiday, get no vacation for two years and my schedule changes every three weeks Edited July 2, 2007 by Makia Durron
Pandora 77 Posted July 2, 2007 It takes two years to earn vacation at Wally World? That really sucks. Even cheap-o Macy's lets you take two weeks after a year of service.
TheUnknown 39 Posted July 2, 2007 I went with Prin because third shift blows. It blows even harder on weekends and holidays.
Andy 60 Posted July 2, 2007 (edited) I still say mine are the worst. No such thing as a sleeping pattern in my job. lol plus my days off are random, and we only close for one day a year. Edited July 2, 2007 by Andy
Princess 35 Posted July 3, 2007 ...i totally had my hours listed... But somewhere I saw that you got laid off... I still say mine are the worst. And my place of work never closes

Mara 29 Posted July 3, 2007 Oh, I voted for Beeurd. But I think a case can be made for each shift being bad, really. First - have to get up early.. go to bed early (well, you should ) Second - no time to hang out with friends, unless late or the weekends. Third - have to cut plans short to go to work, sleep during the daylight. Basically, they all have cons.

Darth Marius 0 Posted July 10, 2007 I voted for Beeurd cause I did the fast food thing for sonic close at 12 or 1 in the morning really means getting off around 2:30 or 3 after getting there at noon or getting there at 5 am and getting off at 1900
