Whenever one of those annoying white kids who think they're all ghetto gets up in your face with his ebonics, you can fire back with Brit slang and confuse the hell out of them. It IS the right of the people to pass a bill for something they want legalized. That's the way things work. You want something done, you pass a bill. The courts are for deciding whether or not something is legal, not for making it legal. It is not the courts' job to dictate our laws, it's for them to make sure our laws are followed. This is obviously the Governator not liking a certain piece of legislature, but not wanting to endure the loss of support he'd get if he said "I don't support gay rights," so he makes up some bullsith excuse.
