Ayingel 24 Posted May 5, 2008 well, my doctors told me not to eat salads, but i marked what i like... spinach... tofu...(but it must be fried) some sprouts... bacon... croutons... ranch... and about the only things from my salad (listed above) that i can eat are bacon croutons and ranch...all in moderation...
