You have to realize that Baseball has a small following... because only America and Japan care for it while the other parts of the former British Empire love Cricket to death... to the point that they'll go "football" fan about it (football being the sport played in the rest of the world, not american football).

Cricket fandom is nothing like football fandom in England. However, in India it's perhaps more extreme than the British football following.
