Andy 60 Posted March 19, 2009 Us Brits aren't even allowed music videos on YouTube anymore... :p
Drake 53 Posted March 20, 2009 You silly non-Americans and your being excluded from Hulu. You guys kill me! Look at your post again. We were questioning your excitement at Stargate "not" being on Hulu, not at what Hulu is. :p
Chickenman 9 Posted March 20, 2009 Err...now on Hulu. Now. *Takes horse tranquilizers to cure his chronic tiredness*
Andy 60 Posted March 20, 2009 Wouldn't you need the opposite of tranquillizers to cure tiredness? :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted March 21, 2009 Maybe to help sleep, which would in turn cure tiredness? I dunno.
Chickenman 9 Posted March 26, 2009 Yes. Du is a better critical thinker than Beeurd. *Gives Du a tiny medal made out of tinfoil.*
Uncle Du 22 Posted March 26, 2009 I'm winning awards left and right! :p

Ender 8 Posted July 11, 2009 So I see they've re-done Children of the Gods... http://www.gateworld.net/news/2009/07/offi...en-of-the-gods/ Seems a good move to me.
Drake 53 Posted July 11, 2009 I agree. Showtime really dropped the ball on the original with the full frontal. It wasn't even good full frontal. :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted July 14, 2009 Being that I never saw the initial pilot till a few years later....who's full frontal are we talking about here?!
Ender 8 Posted July 16, 2009 She were a bit... hairy. And fat.
Uncle Du 22 Posted July 16, 2009 (edited) I wouldn't care, I think she's a beautiful woman. So there. :p Edited July 16, 2009 by Du
Chickenman 9 Posted October 12, 2009 Finally just got to the Dom Deluise episode. Loved that man.
CorSec 5 Posted June 5, 2011 Borrowed the ten seasons on DVD from my friend the other day. I've seen a fair amount of the episodes as reruns, but largely out of order and spread over several years. Things like the entire Goa'uld arc tend to blur together in my memory. So naturally I'm planning on re-watching from the beginning.
Drake 53 Posted June 6, 2011 Good call. I wish to one day sell my huge-ass box sets and purchase the full series set. Atlantis as well.
Andy 60 Posted January 29, 2012 (edited) I'm currently enjoying SG1 on Sky1 in the UK at the moment, I accidentally saw Children of the Gods on one day a while ago and finally watched it, and since then they have been playing two episodes every weekday, currently just coming up to the end of season 8. It's nice to finally see all the episodes I missed, and in order. Edited January 29, 2012 by beeurd
Andy 60 Posted January 31, 2012 So they finished of season 8 and have decided to skip 9 and 10 and start showing Stargate Atlantis instead of SG1. Booo, I've never seen any of the last two seasons! I can live with Atlantis though. I quite liked the S8 finale, was nice to revisit the roots of the series and tie off the Goa'uld storyline. :)
Drake 53 Posted February 1, 2012 I think it was season 8...or 7...that started running concurrently with Atlantis. I know that the time-jumper in the S8 finale was retrieved in the Atlantis season finale that aired the hour before the SG-1 show. It was a nice crossover when watching the two as they aired.
