Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. Do you use Twitter? What do you think of it? Personally, at first I didn't see the point, but it's kinda grown on me I guess. I never have much to say for a full blog post (that nobody reads anyway) so 140 characters of a tweet is good enough for me, and people actually seem to notice stuff occasionally. But I avoid my friends' like the plague because I couldn't care less about what they had for lunch. I've entertained the thought of getting an account sometime, but (as I'm sure you can attest) I'm kinda too longwinded for just 140 characters. Drake 53 Posted August 17, 2009 I've actually found it to be quite useless. I'll tweet something if it's major but I really can't be arsed to do too much. I may start turning off following people over text. Sometimes two or more of my friends will start having a conversation over Twitter and I'll get all the texts. JUST TEXT EACHOTHER!!
