TheUnknown 39 Posted February 24, 2014 (edited) Yeah, her mom is a logical choice as are the two boyfriends she's lost. Edited February 24, 2014 by TheUnknown
TheUnknown 39 Posted March 17, 2014 (edited) This episode isn't even done, and my reaction is: JESUS H. CHRIST! That was the Red Wedding of The Walking Dead. Edited March 17, 2014 by TheUnknown
Andy 60 Posted March 17, 2014 Oh my... I look forward to being similarly gobsmacked tonight. :p
k.a.mara 13 Posted March 17, 2014 Last night's episode was very intense. It would be one of the hardest things to do. I am surprised carol managed to do it. Looks like "old yeller" just replaced crzy cheese and puddin!
Andy 60 Posted March 17, 2014 I see what you mean now Unknown. We were just like... Oh, whaaaaat. D:
TheUnknown 39 Posted March 24, 2014 Predictions for the season finale: * Terminus is not a good place. * Rick, Carl, Michonne all survive. * Some combination of Beth, Maggie, Glenn, and Daryl die. At least one but probably not all four. I'm guessing Beth is the most likely. Also based on what I understand from the comics (which I've only read summaries of) the group Daryl is with seems to share similarities with a group of bandits Rick, Carl, and Abraham meet that attack the group and attempt to rape Carl before being killed (the bandits, not Carl). They do have a hatred of Rick. Plus, the teaser for the upcoming episode says, "Rick comes face to face with sheer brutality."
Andy 60 Posted March 25, 2014 I like all the little things they've done in this series that link with other episodes, such as the group Darryl is with being the same group that went into Rick and co's safe house way back near the beginning, and the fire Darryl started being seen by Carol's group. Everything all sends to fit together nicely even though you don't see everybody in every episode. Can't wait for the finale... just wish the series was longer. k.a.mara 13 Posted March 29, 2014 I agree. It feels like this section of the season really moved along (didn't drag like the previous season) and that different factions of the group were really in close proximity of each other but didn't know it. I liked that. Wish we knew what happened to Beth. Think the lady at Terminus is extremely creepy....and that's only from a few minutes of screen time! Hope the keep the graphic novel Karl seperate from the t.v. show Karl in respect to the rape thing...think it would way too violent for viewers. I know I don't want that image in my head for the rest of this t.v. series!
TheUnknown 39 Posted March 31, 2014 That was intense.
k.a.mara 13 Posted March 31, 2014 yes, as intense as 2 episodes back from last nights. And as a courtesy to Andy and those who haven't seen the season finale yet, I won't give my un-edited opinion on last nights episode until after they've viewed it. So, here's an edited version instead... It was freak'n awesome!!!!! Andrew Lincoln is amazing! Don't know how I'll be able to wait until the fall for season 5 (already having withdrawls-lol ) just saying....
Andy 60 Posted March 31, 2014 There is a spoiler code you can use to hide spoilers. And thanks for not ruining it :p
TheUnknown 39 Posted March 31, 2014 Andrew Lincoln is amazing! Agreed. I thought also Chandler Riggs (Carl) and Dani Gurira (Michonne) were amazing as well. Some great lines: Rick (to Daryl): "You're my brother." Carl: "I’m not what he thinks I am. I’m just another monster."
k.a.mara 13 Posted April 6, 2014 (edited) Well, it's sunday...and no new episodes of the walking dead to watch...guess I will just have to force myself to watch the season premeire of game of thrones instead! : ) Oh, by the way, how did all of you like Rick's little love bite?? Edited April 6, 2014 by k.a.mara
k.a.mara 13 Posted April 9, 2014 love it! Some people say that Rick lost his mind when he bit that guy, personally, I say he's totally sane. I think he's got a clearer mindset as to what needs to be done now. Something that hasn't happened since the beginning of this whole thing. Any thoughts?
