Wow.  Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is that rare over there?  There are store brand varieties of it over here.  In fact, I was eating the Kroger brand when I made this poll.

It's not really rare, just not many brands make it, I guess. Ben & Jerry's is everywhere so there isn't really a problem finding it.
