Eventually almost every NJO question was answered with the 'Potted Plant Theory'

eg:

The New Republic would win the war by using a potted plant superweapon.

or Anakin would come back to life as a potted plant, and take over the galaxy, declaring himself Emperor and driving out the Yuuzhan Vong.

Just stupid things like that.
