((Well the question was "Is our children learning?")), it's what to do. The Republicans AND Democrats BOTH agreed to No Child Left Behind (Bad legislation [/opinion]) but the Democrats thought it should be funded more while Republicans don't believe so. I think its a consensus that our school system isn't what it should be for the "only superpower" in the world. I agree though, propoganda, you just thought the wrong part was propoganda methinks.
