1 pointI'm thinking Carl's shoot first, ask questions later side is about to come back. He had a sight lined up on The Governor but didn't take it. I could see him saying now that had he taken that shot, he would have killed the Governor and possibly saved Herschel, Judith, and the others killed at the Prison.
