The story begins shortly before the start of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, and follows Boba Fett and the Mandalorians as they combat the incursion of the Yuuzhan Vong. The eBook includes previews of Legacy of the Force: Betrayal and Legacy of the Force: Bloodlines, as well as interviews with the authors Aaron Allston and Karen Traviss. It was also included in the paperback edition of Legacy of the Force: Sacrifice.
