Disney has revealed concept art for the upcoming Star Wars Land theme park to views of Disneyland's diamond celebration television special, The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60. A Star Wars theme park has been rumored ever since Disney picked up the franchise from George Lucas, and was finally confirmed by chairman Bob Iger during Disney's D23 Expo in August 2015. The show featured some artwork we already saw from D23, but also revealed new information about the 14 acre park which will feature a Millennium Falcon ride and an interactive experience of a battle between the First Order and the Resistance. Other areas shown in the previews include a restaurant, cantina, and a walkthrough street bazaar. The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60 is available to watch on ABC’s official site.
